About The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Office Administrator to join the team in Coolum Beach. The role is ideal for someone with strong financial administration experience and a keen eye for detail, looking to contribute to a busy and supportive office environment.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Debtor invoicing and payment follow-up as required
* Reconciliation of bank statements and credit cards
* BAS reconciliation and preparation
* General understanding of profit & loss and general ledger
* Budget and cash flow reporting
* Job costing and liaising with management and key customers
About You
The successful candidate will have
* Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and general office software
* Strong knowledge of accounting and administrative processes
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* High-level numeracy, keyboard, and time management skills
* Experience in budget preparation, reconciliations, and reporting
* Excellent organisational, accuracy and attention to detail
