Position:
Reporting to the purchasing manager, we are seeking a motivated, details orientated person who can work well in our purchasing team as an Administration Assistant. The purchasing team is integral to our operations and your role, through collaboration, is to assist with inventory management and with the day to day purchasing administration requirements.
Responsibilities:
handling questions related to stock and purchasing enquiries from our suppliers, customers, and sales team
liaise with our warehouse team
approve and process orders
inventory and stock control

ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
has the ability to multitask when required
computer literacy
builds strong relationships
can work independently when required
