Conexson is looking for **Support Workers in The Pines, Warwick.**
We have available shifts every Tuesdays (AM) from 12:00 - 14:30 and other ongoing shifts. And longer shifts available to those who consistently take shifts.
Your role as a Disability Support Worker (DSW) revolves around providing personalized care and assistance to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting clients with daily activities, personal care, implementing individualized care plans, promoting independence, and maintaining accurate documentation.

**Key Requirements**:
- Proficient in manual handling techniques
- Possession of a NDIS Screening Check or Yellow Card
- Valid Driver's License
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Paid Experience
- Proof of Working Rights (AU Birth Certificate/Passport or International Passport)
