This is a key leadership role focused on delivering outstanding service, driving contract performance, and managing facilities across multiple sites.
In this role you will:Manage facilities operations at a major client site in Osborne, SAReport directly to the National Account ManagerLead a team of 4 direct reports and manage subcontractorsKey ResponsibilitiesManage daily facilities operations for key Government clientDeliver services in line with KPIs, client expectations, and compliance standardsOversee contract financials including budgets, forecasts, and invoicingLead a team of staff and subcontractors with strong safety and performance cultureBuild strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teamsChampion continuous improvement and drive best-value outcomesWhat You'll BringProven Facilities Management experience across complex/multi-site portfoliosStrong team leadership and staff management experienceExcellent client relationship management skillsTrade qualification (Mechanical/Electrical) + post-trade cert or diploma - preferred not essentialFinancial acumen - budget management and cost controlCMMS and Microsoft Office proficiencyMust be an Australian Citizen - NV1 Security Clearance requiredWhy Join BGIS?
