Our mission is to empower healthier communities through integrated, culturally responsive care.Our vision is for Healthy and Strong Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, families and communities – self-determining, culturally strong, and thriving in their own way.About the OpportunityBidgerdii Community Health Service is looking for a full-time HRM Coordinator based in Rockhampton, QLD.This role reports to the Corporate Services Manager and will lead the delivery of HR and WHS functions across our growing multi-site health service.
It's a hands-on role requiring a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.About YouTo qualify, you will need a tertiary qualification (Certificate IV or Diploma level minimum) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a HR or WHS coordination role is essential.You will bring a sound understanding of workplace health and safety frameworks and the ability to guide compliance and risk mitigation across multiple sites.
Experience within a not-for-profit, Aboriginal Medical Service (AMS), or community-based organisation will also be highly regarded.As our ideal candidate, you are values-driven, culturally sensitive, and passionate about contributing to better outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
