Metso is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Manager, Front End Salesto to lead customer engagement and drive growth across our Minerals customer base. This highly autonomous, customer‐facing role requires strong technical sales capability, extensive travel, and has become available due to internal progression.
As a key front‐end sales leader, you will be responsible for developing strategic customer relationships, driving opportunity creation, and increasing both spot sales and brownfield capital equipment growth. You will play a critical role in opening doors for our Technology Managers and wider sales organization, ensuring opportunities are effectively progressed and converted.

* Build and strengthen strategic relationships with Minerals customers across the WA Pilbara territory
* Drive proactive sales activity, lead generation, and opportunity creation to grow order intake
* Open doors for Technology Managers and sales teams, ensuring effective opportunity follow‐up
* Develop and execute customer and territory growth strategies to expand market share and introduce new offerings
* Grow spot sales and brownfield capital equipment opportunities across the installed base
* Identify replacement and service opportunities through asset walks and close collaboration with aftermarket teams
* Promote aftermarket solutions alongside new equipment sales
* Negotiate commercial terms and conditions in line with Metso policies
* Manage sales opportunities and pipeline through Salesforce
* Maintain a strong customer‐facing presence, including extensive travel – with up to 50% travel required across the territory
More about you?
* Tertiary qualification at Bachelor level in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field
* Proven technical sales experience within mineral processing or a closely related industry
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently and manage a wide territory
* A winning, results‐driven mindset combined with a collaborative, team‐player approach
* Confident in engaging end users and senior customer stakeholders
* Comfortable operating in a highly autonomous, travel‐intensive role
* Strong relationship builder who works effectively across internal stakeholders and functions
