This Finance Business Partner role sits within the ANZ team and plays a key part in delivering clear financial insight to support smarter decisions across the region.
Working closely with senior leaders in Sales, Operations, and Marketing, you will influence key outcomes through P&L management, budgeting, sales performance analysis, and EBITDA reporting.
This is a high‑impact role focused on scenario planning, investment decisions, and driving growth in a rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead financial inputs for annual budgets and strategic planning across ANZ.
* Deliver accurate forecasts and ensure timely submissions.
* Manage P&L and support month‑end processes, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver management reporting packs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
* Build and automate dashboards and reporting tools using Excel and Tableau, making insights visible and actionable for business leaders.
* Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to provide analysis, financial leadership, and business case support for growth initiatives.
* Analyse large volumes of customer data to generate insights and drive performance.
* Prepare and maintain sales incentive calculations in line with approved plans.

* Advanced skills in Excel, with confidence handling large datasets.
* Strong preference will be given to candidates who have worked on SAP.
