The Opportunity
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for translating brand strategy into commercial outcomes, leading integrated campaigns, developing team capability and partnering closely with Sales, Category, Innovation and external agency partners. You will play a key role in driving brand growth, strengthening consumer engagement and ensuring marketing investment delivers measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the execution of brand and portfolio strategies to drive revenue, market share and brand growth
* Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, social, PR, shopper, retail and trade channels
* Partner with Sales and Category teams to drive customer activation, innovation launches and commercial performance
* Manage agency relationships across creative, media, PR and digital disciplines
* Lead brand positioning, communication development and consumer engagement initiatives
* Manage marketing budgets and investment planning to maximise ROI
* Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team
* Drive continuous improvement across marketing capability, processes and ways of working
* Work closely with senior leadership to influence business strategy and future growth initiatives
About You
You are a commercially focused marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced consumer environments and enjoys leading both people and brands.
You'll bring
* 8+ years' experience across Brand Management, Senior Brand Management or Marketing Management roles
* Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams
* Strong FMCG, food, beverage, consumer goods or retail marketing experience
* Demonstrated success delivering integrated consumer campaigns across multiple channels
* Experience working closely with major retail customers and trade marketing functions
* Strong brand strategy, communications and portfolio management capability
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on execution
* Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience
* A collaborative, growth-oriented leadership style
Highly Regarded Experience
* FMCG, food, beverage, protein, fresh food or consumer packaged goods backgrounds
* Experience working with household consumer brands
* Exposure to retail grocery, foodservice, convenience or export channels
* Brand repositioning, portfolio transformation or major campaign launch experience
* Managing multiple agencies and external partners
