About the Position
As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with the Director to oversee the daily operations of the Early Learning Centre. This involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of quality.
* You will assist the Director in managing centre operations, including staff supervision, resource allocation, and strategic planning.
* Acting as the nominated supervisor, you will create a safe and nurturing environment for children during the Director's absence.
* Your leadership skills will be instrumental in mentoring and guiding a dedicated team of early childhood educators.
* Together with your colleagues, you will develop and implement innovative educational programs that align with ECEC frameworks.
* In partnership with the director, you will ensure all child safety standards are met and maintained at the highest level.
* Building strong relationships with families and the wider community is essential to the success of our centre.
* You will also ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and conduct centre tours for prospective families.
* Additionally, you may perform ad hoc administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the centre.
