Key Responsibilities
* Supporting solicitors with end-to-end file management across residential and commercial property matters.
* Drafting and preparing legal correspondence, contracts, and settlement documentation.
* Liaising with clients, real estate agents, banks, and settlement agents.
* Managing appointments, follow-ups, and key contract dates.
* Assisting with title searches, due diligence, and PEXA settlements.
* Providing administrative and organisational support to the team.
