* Conduct strategic workforce analysis across Army Signals trades.
* Forecast demand using Defence-endorsed planning tools.
* Align workforce models with future capability requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Army, Defence People Group, and Capability Managers.
* Contribute to the 2026 Organisational Capability Review and key project deliverables.

* RA Sigs Organisation Requirements and Options Report
* Draft Force Structure Documentation
All contributing directly to a sustainable, future-ready workforce.
What You Bring
* Experience in workforce planning, analytics or HR strategy in complex or Defence environments
* Strong skills in data modelling, forecasting, and capability mapping
* Proven stakeholder engagement across multidisciplinary teams
* Familiarity with Defence workforce systems, policies, and transformation initiatives
Bonus if you've contributed to organisational reviews or change frameworks in large-scale programs
