The successful candidate will have:
* 5 years project management/support experience in supporting complex project outcomes
* understanding of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other Export Control regulatory requirements
* experience in drafting /amending Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) development
* Managing program risk and participating in risk workshops
