Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Provide paediatric speech pathology services within a clinic-based setting.
- Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including occupational therapy and psychology practitioners.
- Manage a gradually increasing caseload with ongoing support from experienced Senior Speech Pathologists.
- Participate in weekly 1:1 internal supervision and fortnightly peer supervision.
- Engage in monthly in-service professional development sessions.
About You
The company is looking for:
- Full Australian work rights.
- Registration as a Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility to obtain registration.
- Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Ability to obtain a Police check and Working with Children check before commencing work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: AUD 80,000.00
- Superannuation: AUD 9,600.00
- Professional Development allowance: up to AUD 4,000.00 with 4 days PD leave
