The Role
* Achieve sales and profit targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
* Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently engage with customers.
* Establish new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones.
* Provide an outstanding level of customer service that aligns with the Mercedes-Benz brand.
* Work collaboratively within a high-performing sales team.
About You
* Ambitious and eager to grow within a premium automotive brand
* Goal-focused with a determined and results-driven mindset
* Confident and enthusiastic with strong communication skills
* Proficiency in Mandarin is desirable due to the client base
* Prior experience in sales or a similar customer-focused role
* A team player who thrives in a supportive and fast-paced environment
* Hold a current VIC driver's licence
