About the Role
We are seeking a values-driven Program Manager for our Alice Springs location. Reporting to the AOD & Homelessness Manager, this is a permanent, full-time position. Salary and conditions align with the SCHADS award level 7.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead high-quality service delivery in accordance with the Homeless Stream nation Model of Care and service delivery practice guidelines.
* Monitor and report on program and service delivery activities to ensure best practice and meet internal and external service needs.
* Maintain accurate case management documentation, records, and data in line with TSA policy and procedure.
* Evaluate and implement TSA risk management policy and procedures to ensure client, employee, and visitor safety.
* Oversee financial performance to ensure annual budgets are balanced and met.
Requirements
* Degree-level qualifications in a relevant field.
* Extensive experience in a management role or equivalent in crisis accommodation.
* Knowledge and experience within the NT homelessness sector.
* NT Working with Children Check.
* National Criminal History Check.
* Management experience and Homelessness knowledge.
* Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours as required.
