Base pay range
$160,******/yr - $160,******/yr
Exceptional Salary: Up to $160,000 p.a. + Generous Superannuation (with matching scheme).

The Role: Lead Operations & Step into Leadership
Reporting directly to the Director of Infrastructure Services, you will be a mid-career leader ready for your next step and a key component of the Executive Team's succession planning strategy.
You will lead three core services across multiple towns
Town Services: Overseeing mowing, water, parks, and general town maintenance.
Waste Operations: Leading the waste collection and transfer station teams.
Roads Team: Managing grading and regional road maintenance (delivered by remote workers).
The most crucial element is

who can inspire teams, navigate skills shortages, and empower their direct reports to own their work.

You are an experienced Operations Manager, likely with a Waste or Civil Operations background, who is ready for a significant step up.
You possess strong, proven leadership experience and are exceptional at managing people.
Experience within Local Government leadership roles is highly regarded.
