You will be joining a national top-tier construction organisation, with specialist teams providing complex new build and refurbishment projects across the health, sciences, education, civic project sectors. The salary range is
$220k - $250k total package
.
Responsibilities
Report to the Construction Director, leading a small team across one to two projects at a time.
Oversee financial performance, interact with the client, manage project deliverables.
Deliver projects within the $10M to $40M range, with complex projects over $15M.
Head up a new project team, adding to the existing teams – grow a team of CA's and Site Managers.
Qualifications
5+ years as a Project Manager within a head contractor (buildings not civil/infra), strong reputation with local sub-contractors.
Experience delivering technically tricky builds over $15M in health, university or scientific related projects.
Strong communication, collaboration, polished character, leadership traits.
Comfortable with client and stakeholder management.
