Position Title: Family Law Admitted - Full Time

The Role We are seeking a Family Law Graduate Lawyer to join our team. This role is suitable for:
* a graduate with 1–2 years' experience in family law, or
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior lawyer to build strong technical and practical skills in family law within a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with family law matters, including parenting disputes, property settlements and divorce applications
* Drafting court documents, correspondence, affidavits and consent orders
* Legal research and preparation of advice under supervision
* Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and court registries
* Supporting senior practitioners in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
* Maintaining accurate file management and compliance with firm procedures
About You
* Admitted as a solicitor in Australia
* Ideally 1–2 years' experience in family law (highly regarded)
* Sound understanding of the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) and court procedures
* Excellent English speaking, written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management
* Professional, empathetic and client-focused approach
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
