, Overview We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the delivery of targeted change management strategies that support the successful adoption of legislative, regulatory, and operational reforms. This role will work across the organisation and with external stakeholders to minimise disruption, maximise adoption, and ensure changes are embedded and sustained.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement change management strategies to support the industry regulatory changes
* Embed change management activities into program and project plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Deliver clear communication and engagement strategies to keep staff, government, and industry partners informed.
* Conduct impact assessments and create resources such as updated workflows and operational documentation.
* Support teams through role, process, and responsibility changes to ensure readiness and adoption.
* Build alignment and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups to enable successful outcomes.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in senior change management roles, ideally within complex reform programs.
* Strong background in service transitions, process improvements, and system change initiatives.
* Expertise in developing and executing change artefacts (e.g., impact assessments, change plans, readiness strategies).
* Ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders across business functions.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments.
Highly regarded:
* Experience in large-scale regulatory, legal, or policy reform programs.
* 5+ years' experience in change management and engagement.
* Formal change management qualifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
