Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of the Procurement department, you will play a pivotal role in the success of some of Perth's largest subdivision projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop cost plans, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed estimates
* Evaluate subcontractor pricing and provide support for procurement activities
* Monitor project budgets, track variations, and generate financial reports
* Collaborate closely with project teams to maintain effective cost control
* Offer timely and reliable cost advice
* Mentor junior surveyors within the team
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the WA market
* Expertise in cost planning and contract financial management
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Australian working rights and Perth-based experience
