Role Responsibilities
* Attend the operational management of the current CSSD Department within the Perioperative Services area
* Act as an advocate for our Quality Management System and promote a safe work environment
* Support your team to achieve streamlined operational management
* Meet relevant standards and best practices consistent with the CSSD specialty area
* Minimum 4–5 years' experience working in a senior role within a CSSD environment
* Certificate III or IV in Sterilisation from an accredited provider
* Hold Australian Work Rights
* Sound knowledge of accreditation standards ACHS/AS/NZ 4187 Standards and HICMR
* Demonstrated leadership abilities and teamwork skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Intermediate computer literacy, including MS Office and various databases
* Interest in promoting best practice patient care
* Focus on professional development
