Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the school premises are secure and accessible at all times.
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs to maintain the condition of the facilities.
* Supervise cleaning teams and undertake cleaning duties as needed to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
* Implement health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for staff and students.
* Support with school events, deliveries, and site security to create a positive atmosphere for learning.
* Maintain outdoor spaces and facilities to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
Requirements
* An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
* Previous experience in caretaking, maintenance, or facilities management is preferred but not essential.
* Practical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* A proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility to contribute to the success of the school.
