What You'll Be Doing
* Domestic duties to maintain a comfortable living environment.
* Social support and transport for appointments and activities.
* Personal care to promote well‐being and independence.
* Supporting clients in doing what they love and maintaining their interests.
* Monitoring the health of older people and promptly reporting any changes to ensure their safety.
What you need to be successful in this position
* Minimum qualification of Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing).
* Passion for providing compassionate care and promoting independence.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Reliability, patience, and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
* Full driver's licence and reliable registered vehicle.
* Current police clearance (less than 6 months) and first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* It is recommended that you have 2 COVID vaccinations and an up‐to‐date flu vaccination.
