The position is four days per week, preferably Monday to Thursday, with hours of 9:00am to 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Preparing and typing quotes for the Managing Director
Providing general administrative support to the Managing Director
Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate department
Reception duties, including greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate electronic and physical records
Debt collection and follow-up of outstanding accounts
Ordering and maintaining office stationery and supplies
Ensuring the reception and front office areas are maintained in a clean, tidy, and professional manner
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Data entry and maintaining internal systems and databases
Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Key Skills and Attributes
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude and motivated to assist other staff
Competency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
