Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including intake, sourcing, assessment, stakeholder calibration, offer design, and onboarding coordination.
* Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, referrals, networks, social platforms).
* Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess technical fit and culture alignment.
* Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for recurring and niche roles.
* Provide data-driven hiring insights and market intelligence to stakeholders.
* Use hiring dashboards and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize hiring outcomes.
Stakeholder & Business Partnering
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business units, ensuring excellent stakeholder experience.
* Develop strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, understanding their talent needs and aligning recruitment solutions.
* Lead regular cadence meetings to discuss hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations.
* Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs, develop workforce plans and improve recruitment readiness.
* Manage expectations, negotiate timelines, and ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate profiles.
Process Excellence & Reporting
* Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation standards, and data accuracy across systems.
* Track and report key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline updates, candidate conversion rates, etc.).
* Identify process improvements and contribute to best practices across the Recruitment function.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australia market trends, competitor talent strategies, and industry movements.
