Are you reliable, physically fit, and not afraid to get your hands dirty. One Harvest is seeking proactive and reliableHygiene/Factory Cleaners to support the cleanliness and sanitisation of our Bairnsdale facility.
As a vital part of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards across all operational areas of the factory, lunchrooms, change rooms and office areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitise factory areas, including machinery, floors, walls and ceilings
- Safe and effective use of chemicals
- Following strict food safety, hygiene and WHS procedures
- Remove all debris and dispose of rubbish
- Usage of pressure washes, chemicals and hoses to clean food processing areas, equipment, and staff amenity facilities
- Transport waste to designated disposal areas
About You
- A proactive-can do attitude with high attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and maintain cleanliness standards
- Must be physically fit, able to repetitively lift between 15-20kg
- Be willing to work in a cold workplace (between 2-4 degrees). We provide PPE to keep you warm!
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Be eager to learn and adapt to daily challenges
- Experience in (FMCG) with in the food industry will be highly regarded but not essential
- Police checks are required as part of the recruitment process
