Churches of Christ are offering a Sign on and Retention cash bonus of up to $5000.
You will be eligible for the following cash bonuses:
* $500 on sign on - paid after third fortnight
* $1000 after 6 months
* $1500 after 12 months
* $2000 after 24 months.
For part-time employees, this amount will be paid on a pro-rata basis based on the ordinary hours of work during the period.

About this role:
We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Bribie Island Aged Care, working our Night Duty shifts (10:00pm - 6:30am).
As part of our supportive and friendly team, you'll play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents. Your focus will be on identifying individual needs and delivering person-centred care that makes a lasting difference. You'll also provide leadership and guidance to care staff, ensuring each resident's care plan is followed with professionalism and empathy.

Role responsibilities:
* Assessment & Planning: Conduct and review individualised, evidence-based care plans.
* Care Delivery: Provide high-quality care aligned with accreditation standards.
* Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary staff for holistic care.
* Documentation: Accurately maintain electronic health records per regulations.
* Leadership: Support and guide care teams in a positive work environment.
About you:
You are a dedicated clinician who excels at communicating effectively across all levels, which enables you to implement the best nursing practices. Your excellent leadership skills allow you to guide and direct our personal care workers on-site, ensuring cohesive and efficient care delivery.
Your experience and qualifications for the role should include:
* A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Some residential aged care experience.
* Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Possess a National Police Clearance Check (or willingness to obtain).
