About the role

Tate Brownlee Real Estate are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Team Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Banora Point, NSW. This full-time position will play a key role in supporting the real estate agents and managing the marketing functions for the business.

What you'll be doing

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team including scheduling appointments, maintaining client databases, and managing correspondence

* Coordinate all marketing activities for property listings from start to finish; including creating and distributing marketing collateral, managing online advertising, and organising open houses

* Assist with the preparation of property appraisals, contracts, and other real estate documentation

* Triaging calls and team enquiries

* Liaise with trades, suppliers, pest & building inspectors, and valuers — and meeting them on-site when needed ensuring a high level of customer service

* Assisting at open homes and attending photo shoots and styling sessions as required

* Handling compliance — AML forms, price revision forms, and file updates

* Support the wider team with any other administrative or operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or marketing coordinator, ideally within the real estate industry

* Confident with CRM systems and digital tools

* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite

* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

* A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach to your work
