The Position
* Basic food preparation and cooking
* Stock control and ordering
* POS operation
* Engagement with students, staff and parents alike
* General cleaning duties
* Showcase excellent time management skills
* Maintaining the service area to high standards
The Person
* A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Must have cafe service and coffee experience
* Must have RSA
* Strong knowledge of food safety and allergen management
* Restaurant & cocktail customer experience desirable
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Positive - Customer service focused attitude
* Hold a Blue Card, or ability to obtain one
