Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Payroll Officer to join our busy finance team in Western Australia. This senior role will involve working closely with another Senior Payroll Officer to deliver high-quality payroll services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Financial Controller with various payroll tasks, including regular pay runs for multiple companies;
* Process payroll tax returns for multiple states;
* Lodge and track workers' compensation claims and calculate premium adjustments for multiple states;
* Prepare and lodge the Workplace Gender Equality report;
* Collaborate with the finance team on regular tasks and ad hoc projects;
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll management;
* Proven ability to solve problems independently;
* Strong communication and teamwork skills;
