Established in 2018, STEM Kidz has partnered with well-known local primary schools and leading early childhood education organisations to deliver high-quality STEM programs for children from Kindergarten to Year 6.
Previously operating under the Engineering For Kids brand, we have built a strong reputation through years of experience delivering engaging, high-quality STEM education. Our structured yet engaging curriculum covers introductory, foundational, and extension-level STEM learning, with a strong emphasis on learning through play. Our programs are highly regarded by students and parents, and we are proud to have long-standing partnerships with our education partners.
About the Role
STEM Kidz is looking for passionate and energetic university students, graduates, tutors, teachers, and professionals with backgrounds in education, computer science, engineering, software/IT, mechatronics, or related fields to join our team as Casual STEM Program Educators.
You'll be teaching fun, hands-on STEM and coding activities to children in Kindergarten and Primary School, helping them explore creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork through engaging lessons.
STEM Kidz provides teaching materials and demonstration slides (PPTs), and you'll have on-site support from experienced coordinators, so you'll never be on your own.
What We're Looking For

* Willing to apply for a Working With Children Check.
* Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a bonus, but not required.
Job Details
* Job Type: Long term casual position
* Location: Rochedale and nearby suburbs
* On-site teaching required – all activities take place in schools.
* Schedule: Morning and afternoon shifts
* Expected Start Date: January 2026
Preferred Experience & Certification
* Teaching or tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
