The Role
As our Sales Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume entry-level sales roles. Your responsibilities include:
• Calling applicants immediately - speed to contact is essential
• Running energetic, structured phone screens
• Selling the role clearly, including expectations, culture, and earning potential
• Managing SEEK, LinkedIn, and talent search platforms
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Conducting interviews and supporting hiring decisions
• Managing contracts, offer letters, and all onboarding paperwork
• Accurately recording recruitment activity and providing updates to leadership
What You'll Do Day-to-Day
• Call applicants quickly and qualify for ambition, attitude, and coachability
• Explain expectations, culture, training, and growth pathways
• Book and run interviews efficiently
• Manage paperwork, contracts, and compliance
• Keep candidate pipelines organised and moving
• Work closely with the sales leadership team on hiring strategy and needs
Who We're Looking For
You may have experience in:
• Sales recruitment or talent acquisition
• Outbound or retail sales
• Call centre or telesales environments
• Sales coaching, team leadership, or training
• Any high-volume, fast-paced customer-facing role
