About the Role

* Develop and deliver an innovative Drama curriculum aligned with the Australian Curriculum for Prep–Year 8 students.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development of a high-quality Drama curriculum, focusing on excellence in teaching and student outcomes.
2. Oversee departmental operations, including budgeting, curriculum documentation, excursions/incursions, and digital learning platforms.
3. Mentor and support staff to enhance teaching practices and promote a collaborative team environment.
4. Ensure alignment with the Australian Curriculum and future-focused learning principles.

* Expertise in curriculum design, blended learning, and effective assessment practices.
* A proven leader with experience managing academic programs, supporting staff, and fostering high-performing teams.
* Strong communication, organisational skills, and the ability to engage with diverse students, staff, and parents.
