National Event Coordinator Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized National Event Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our National Sponsorship and Events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategic events and sponsorship activations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in event planning and execution, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute a variety of events, including hospitality, technical, and internal office events, as well as virtual events across different platforms.
* Provide on-site support for events across regions, including travel as required.
* Communicate and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Prior experience in event planning and execution.
* Competent in project management and multitasking.
* Experience working with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc.)

What You'll Bring:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a range of skills and attributes, including:
* Familiarity with CRM systems, CVent, and e-marketing tools.
* A tertiary qualification in event management or a related field.
* Experience in an event role within professional services or a B2B environment.
