The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Anaesthetics team performing duties working within our Operating Theatres. This role will see you working as part of a collaborative and team‑oriented environment. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two years Anaesthetics experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others
- Ability to work a rotating roster
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate of $37.75 – $53.02 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8).
