We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team and manage a diverse portfolio across Industrial, Retail, and Office assets.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment while managing your portfolio with autonomy and strong leadership backing.
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery to landlords and tenants while maintaining strong financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end tenancy management
* Rent reviews and lease management
* Managing complex lease assignments and structures
* Preparing and managing outgoing budgets
* Mitigating legal and compliance risks
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Support & Structure
You will be supported by:
* Mentoring from the Head of Department
* A dedicated Property Management Administrator
* Leasing handled by our Sales & Leasing team
This structure allows you to focus on delivering high-quality property management while having the right support around you.
