The Role:
* Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring seamless workflow across all departments
* Deliver comprehensive sales administration support, including contract preparation, compliance management, and settlement coordination
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and offboarding
* Track key performance indicators and support the preparation of team performance reports
* Maintain and improve internal systems, procedures, and compliance standards
The Candidate:
* Demonstrated expertise in office management, sales administration, or operations within the real estate sector
* Hold a current Real Estate Certificate or Licence (essential)
* Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders
* Tech-savvy with a talent for streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency
