Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve set targets and key performance indicators. In their absence, they will lead the team independently, fostering a culture of goal-oriented teamwork.
Daily Operations:
* Oversee customer service, ensuring exceptional experiences for clients
* Maintain store presentation, adhering to brand standards
* Ensure housekeeping, security, and stock management meet expectations
