Casual Role – Customer Support (Wollongong Metro Office)

About the Role
You will play a critical role in supporting customers during challenging times as they lodge insurance claims. Working collaboratively with your Sedgwick colleagues, you'll keep the customer and client at the centre of everything you do while achieving timely outcomes.
Shift Patterns:
Morning: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Evening: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Operations run Monday to Sunday, offering flexible casual positions to suit your lifestyle.
Key Accountabilities
Respond promptly to customer insurance enquiries via phone and email
Coordinate triage efforts as calls are received
Obtain and process key information relating to customer enquiries
Maintain a high level of customer service with all internal and external stakeholders
About You
Self-motivated, driven, and customer-centric
Caring, empathetic, and resilient
Able to support customers in stressful situations with patience and professionalism
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
