We're a well-established and highly regarded contractor operating across civil works, building demolition and asbestos removal, and we're in a major growth phase with a strong forward pipeline of work.
Due to continued expansion, we're looking for an experienced Estimator who can hit the ground running and become a key part of our leadership and delivery team.

About the Role
Based on the Central Coast, you'll be estimating projects across:
* Sydney
* Central Coast
* Newcastle
This is a hands-on, full time role covering the full estimating lifecycle for civil, demolition and asbestos removal works.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and competitive tenders and estimates
* Review drawings, scopes, specifications and site reports
* Quantity take-offs and cost planning
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
* Identify risks, opportunities and value-engineering options
* Assist with handover to project delivery teams

About You
* Proven experience as an Estimator within civil, demolition and asbestos removal
* Strong understanding of asbestos classifications, removal methodologies and compliance
* Able to work autonomously and manage multiple tenders
* Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
* Ready to add value from day one
