Location: Southwest Sydney
Salary Package: $75k - $80k + Super + Company Car + Uncapped Commission (Average OTE $160k +++)

Role Overview

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving new business across your territory. Your day-to-day will be proactive and fast-paced, meeting prospects, creating opportunities, and converting leads into new customers.

* Daily: Prospect, meet new customers, spark conversations and secure new business.
* Weekly: Review your pipeline with the team, track results, and sharpen your strategy.
* Monthly: Present clear reports, highlight wins, and stay aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

* Drive a high-volume prospecting strategy to win new business across your territory
* Identify and research high-potential prospects across relevant industries
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound calls, emails, visits and follow-ups
* Secure meetings, deliver tailored presentations and clearly demonstrate value
* Use strong questioning techniques to uncover needs and position the right solutions
* Qualify opportunities to ensure high conversion and prioritise top-value leads
* Present and negotiate confidently to onboard new clients
* Map decision-makers, understand buying cycles and accelerate deals

Candidate Profile

Ideal for driven junior or early-career sales professionals from retail, wholesale or trade backgrounds who want to step into field sales and grow fast.

You will bring:

* 2–3 years' experience in a target-driven or customer-facing sales role
* Strong prospecting, cold outreach and deal-closing capability
* Confidence in holding conversations with new people and engaging prospects quickly
* A clear and engaging communication style
* A can-do attitude and strong personal drive to succeed
* High motivation, resilience and a competitive mindset
* A passion for winning new customers and building a territory
