We're a friendly and well-established financial planning practice looking for a positive and motivated Receptionist & Administration Support to join our team full-time. No financial planning experience is required — we're looking for the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

This role is perfect for school leavers, recent graduates, or career changers who want to build a long-term career in an administrative, client support role in financial services.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the first friendly face and voice our clients see and hear, while supporting the team with everyday admin tasks:

* Welcoming clients and creating a friendly, professional first impression
* Answering phones, directing calls and responding to enquiries
* Booking appointments and managing calendars
* Computer literacy is a must as there are multiple computer programmes
* Helping prepare client documents and emails
* Keeping client records up to date
* Assisting the team with general office tasks
* Following up client requests so nothing is missed

Don't worry if this is new to you — we'll train you and support you every step of the way.

Training & Career Growth

We're invested in your development. With training and experience, this role can grow into a Client Service Specialist position where you'll:

* Work more closely with advisers
* Support ongoing client relationships
* Take ownership of client admin and workflows
* Build specialist knowledge in financial planning

About You

You might be:

* A school leaver starting your first professional role
* A graduate looking for a foot in the door
* Someone changing careers and wanting something more people-focused

* Are friendly, reliable, and keen to learn
