* Oversee team performance, sales execution, and delivery of channel and operational goals.
* Champion a high-performance team culture built on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
About You
* 8+ years' experience in key account management and solution-based sales, with a strong record of exceeding targets.
* Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
* Skilled in strategic account planning, stakeholder engagement, and trust-based negotiation.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to drive results in complex sales environments.
