Seeking an experienced Duck Creek Account Manager to oversee client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure successful delivery of solutions. This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in Duck Creek platforms, strong client management skills, and the ability to align business objectives with technical capabilities.
Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management:
o Act as primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
o Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions using Duck Creek technology
o Drive client satisfaction through regular interactions, feedback loops, and issue resolution
* Project Oversight and Delivery:
o Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure high-quality and timely implementation of products
o Monitor project milestones, risks, and budgets to ensure alignment with client expectations
o Provide strategic oversight for customization, integration, and support
* Business Development:
o Identify opportunities for account growth, including upselling and cross-selling services and solutions
o Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare proposals and present solutions to clients
o Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to drive innovation for clients
* Team Collaboration and Leadership:
o Work closely with technical teams, architects, and delivery managers to align project objectives
o Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance delivery quality and account management skills
* Governance and Reporting:
o Define and implement governance models to streamline communication and decision-making processes with clients
o Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to both clients and internal leadership
Eligibility: Valid work eligibility within Australia.
Job Experience: 8 to 13 years.
Skills:
* 8–13 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in solution implementation or account management roles
* In-depth knowledge of Policy, Billing, and Claims modules
* Familiarity with architecture, integration, and configuration best practices
* Strong understanding of P&C insurance industry processes and workflows
* Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and engagements
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
