About the Role:
As a Customer Service & Sales Agent at our Port Macquarie branch, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling both incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and care. Your role is essential in understanding customer needs, providing tailored pest control solutions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey with us.
You'll be responsible for:
