About the Role
As an Eye Care Professional, you will work with world-class technology to provide exceptional patient care and maximize their lifestyle enjoyment factor. Your primary responsibilities include performing eye examinations for diverse patients, recommending tailored lens solutions based on customer lifestyles, explaining lens technology features and benefits, coaching and mentoring graduate optometrists, and collaborating with store managers to drive eyecare revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive eye examinations for various patient types, including kids, contact lenses, and therapeutics
Recommend lens solutions that align with customers' lifestyles and preferences
Clearly communicate lens technology features and benefits to patients
Cultivate and mentor graduate optometrists in utilizing technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences
Work with store management to optimize eyecare revenue through efficient use of technology and appropriate billing practices
