**About the role**
You will provide domestic support to older clients to enable them to continue living as independently and safely as possible in their own homes.. You will work closely with the at home care team to have an in-depth knowledge of clients individual needs. Work with older clients to help them continue living as they want to in their own homes. Every day is different; you might be doing:
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
- Making beds and changing bed linen
- Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
- Hanging, folding and ironing washing
- Dusting
- Unaccompanied shopping
- Having fun on the job!
**About you**
You have a passion for caring for the older members of our community and their families while making a difference to someone's everyday life. You value having a flexible working schedule and are able to work autonomously often without direct supervision. You have clear communication skills to support client engagement and a desire to assist clients in keeping their space clean and hygienic.
