We have 5 fabulous interdisciplinary teams located in the following hubs: Remote - Telehealth, Melbourne - Glen Waverly and Narre Warren, Gippsland - Traralgon and Bairnsdale. 
We proudly support and provide comprehensive services to support children, First Nations People, frail older people within their own homes, and younger people with disabilities. 
Our team of exceptional Occupational Therapists and a range of other talented allied health practitioners work to provide comprehensive assessment and person and family centered interventions to help our participants to lead an enriched life, to prevent deterioration of health, build capacity and support independent living. 
The Occupational Therapist role is core to our services, where you will facilitate and enable: 
occupation focused professional practice models relevant to and meeting the participants goals 
independence in the community wherever possible 
achieve outcomes through assessment to intervention with the utilisation of compensatory as well as rehabilitative methods, to achieve functional gains in independence 
education for and about the social model of disability to all within the participants sphere 
cultural responsiveness and cultural safety. 
What you Bring: 
A genuine interest in a mix of these areas - Community, Disability, Neurodiversity, Mental Health, Paediatrics, Rural clients, Online Teletherapy, Cultural Diversity. 
A proactive and creative approach to problem solving. 
A collaborative approach to working within a team environment. 
A positive focus and a sense of humour. 
You also have: 
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy as a minimum qualification 
Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for registration 
Current Victorian Driver's License and your own vehicle 
Australian Working Rights.
