Project Schedule Coordination Specialist
As a Project Schedule Coordination Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion of our projects. Your expertise in construction management scheduling, including pre-construction activities and labor management, will be instrumental in driving project success.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in design/build, commercial or industrial ground-up construction scheduling. A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as architecture, construction management, engineering, or a equivalent experience is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage project schedules to ensure alignment with project objectives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate schedule-related risks.
* Provide critical path analysis and other schedule-related reports as needed.
* Interface with contractors and external stakeholders to review and provide comments on their respective schedules.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in design/build, commercial or industrial ground-up construction scheduling.
* Applicable four-year degree (in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field) from an accredited College or university or equivalent experience.
* Thorough understanding of construction management scheduling including pre-construction activities as well as labor management.
* Strong client development and communication skills; community interaction and involvement.
