Job Title: Centre Director
We're looking for a visionary leader to join our team as an Early Learning Centre Director. As the face of our centre, you'll be responsible for maintaining a high-quality, inclusive, and safe learning environment for our children.
* We're seeking a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent, with experience as a Director/Centre Manager or Assistant Director in an early childhood setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with your team of skilled educators to provide a service that enriches our community and allows children, families, and educators to grow in body, mind, and spirit.
* Chair staff meetings, conduct performance reviews, facilitate staff training sessions, and uphold policies and procedures.
* Design and implement a high-quality learning curriculum that meets the needs of our children.
Requirements:
* A degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
* Ability to obtain First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
* Understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Education and Care Services Regulations.
* Experience as a Director/Centre Manager or Assistant Director in an early childhood setting.
